AMD retail fan/heatsink vs custom fan/heatsink

I just bought a retail boxed AMD, just wondering if the fan/heatsink that came with the processor is decent enough for overclocking or is it designed JUST for regular use. Also how does it perform vs custom fan/heatsink that runs at about $40 or less?
 
Only the AMD heatsink/fan is the one AMD guarantees. The heatsink is fine, but sometimes the Delta brand fan vibrates, squeals, or binds, but the latter 2 problems can be fixed by peeling off the sticker and applying a tiny drop of light mineral or synthetic oil (not WD-40, not silicone oil).
