I am looking into streaming my PC games (H1z1 Kotk, Destiny 2, Eco, etc.) and was wondering if my laptop is capable of streaming as a dual setup using a Capture Card because my CPU in my desktop isn't good enough.
I tried finding these answers through tech support on each card's respective website, but they said because they have not used the exact spec rig they can not confirm or deny support for their cards.
(I will also use this capture card to stream my ps4 but my Desktop Comp will more than easily handle it)
This would be so helpful as I do not want to lose 20-30 dollars paying for shipping then paying for return shipping to both companies. Thank you in advance

Laptop Specs:
-Inspiron 15 5000 Series
-6th Gen Intel Core i7-6500U Processor (4MB Cache, up to 3.10GHz)
-8GB, 1600MHz, DDR3L
-1TB 5400 rpm Hard Drive
-AMD Radeon R5 M335 4GB DDR3
-15.6 inch FHD (1920x1080) Anti-Glare LED-Backlit Display
-1 3.0 USB

There are 2 Capture Cards I was looking at and wanting to use in order of desire:
1. Razer Ripsaw:
Requirements for laptop:
-Intel Core i7-4810MQ or above
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M or above
-4GB RAM
-3.0 USB power

2.Elgato HD60s
Requirements (doesn't specify if laptop):
-4th Gen quad-core Intel CORE i5 CPU (i5-4xxx or comparable)
-Intel HD, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 600 series or VCE 3.x compatible AMD graphics (or better)
-4GB RAM
-Built-in USB 3.x port

If those 2 wont be supported by my laptop i will fall to the Elgato HD60
