AMD Radeon 7950 and Abaqus

Hello!

I am new to these forums and I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I couldn't decide whether this would fit in with software or video cards and did not seem to find an appropriate forum within software. Please relocate if I have made a mistake!

My question is whether I can use my AMD Radeon 7950 to help with my processing within Abaqus. I understand that Abaqus is more friendly with Nvidia Tesla cards or AMD FirePro cards, however I am running the program on my gaming computer which has the aforementioned graphics card. I was reading that Abaqus is OpenCL compliant but I am not entirely sure what it is exactly or how to use it. I am trying to check the gpgpu acceleration box within the parallelization tab in Abaqus but it seems to be greyed out. I assume this is because my graphics card is either not supported or I have not set it up correctly to be used within Abaqus. I should probably mention beforehand that licensing is not an issue.

So is there anyway that I can use my graphics card with this program? Thank you very much in advance for your insight and I look forward to your responses.
