AMD price cuts: Intel would follow you'd think

Intel prices are pretty stable. Makes me wonder if they are that steady in sales or just aren't feeling any need to kill profits.

My feeling is the recent plummeting of the chips is to make room for the desktop palominos to come out and hit that 250 price range...hopefully end of July...may see one more tbird at 1.466 since the roadmap had the palomino at 1.533...fill in that gap

I believe Intel will do the same when they are ready to release next ramp up....

I think both know in this tight market economically right now high priced chips will not move...

High priced parts don't move; Low priced parts lose money...sounds pretty grim 🙁 It will be pleasant to find both AMD & Intel leaving the tough economic times unscathed 🙂
