Is there any Powernow like thing that works with Vista? You know the thing that drops your CPU to a lower speed to save battery power. I'm running a Turion 64 if that helps at all. Thanks
 
It has support built in. You can configure it by modifying one of the power plans and changing the min and max processor states under the advanced settings.
