AMD Pheom II 940 Deneb Black Edition Cooling/HSF

I am purchasing the Phenom II 940 Deneb Black Edition today and was wondering if the stock HSF is decent enough? Some reviews are saying that the HSF is the best yet by AMD and I am wondering if I should really purchase a third party HSF. A lot of you recommend the Dark Knight HSF, but after some consideration reading various reviews, it is safe to assume that the DK isn't all that its cracked up to be. Plus the damn thing is huge and I don't know if it will fit on my mobo and in my Coolermaster Elite 330.

What HSF do I need to need to go with on this chip?

If you're not overclocking, there's no point in getting a 3rd party cooler because it comes with the heatpipe one.

If you are not going to OC the stock one is fine, if you are going to OC get a large one with a 120mm fan such as the Xigmatek HDT-S1283.
