Note that if you install video card drivers onto a hyper-v system you might have some performance issues. If you are only going to use the system for hyper-v, you might just want to find a board with integrated graphics and don't even install the graphic driver.
That said, the board I use, Crosshair IV Formula, has ECC support and easily covers the rest of your required specs, although it's probably overkill and you could get by with a much cheaper board.
RemoteFX virtualizes the host 3d card and makes it available for RDP 7.1 clients. I have lots of server type boxes (Dell PowerEdges and SuperMicro) for Hyper-V and vSphere, but given the requirements for RemoteFX, I have to build a server/workstation hybrid.
