:awe: Hi The World:

Could anyone out there tell me how to over clock the above processor. I am running Windows 7. I am not too technically minded, but I can follow instructions. Your help would be appreciated.

It might help if we knew the rest of your components -- mobo, RAMs, cooling, etc.

1) Read your mobo manual and learn how to reset your CMOS (if necessary);

2) Drop your memory ratio one notch (i.e., one speed grade);

3) Lock your PCIe to 100MHz; and

4) Raise your clock from 200MHz to 2??MHz (depends upon your cooling solution).

240MHz (3.6GHz) would not be uncommon with adequate cooling. Download CPUz and HWMonitor to view speed and temps.

Snag something like OCCT to stress your OC and test for stability.
