AMD overdrive vs asrock OC tuner?

just got myself a new AMD system (1055t 6core) and am not really bothered about OCing in the bios like in the old days,...but, i see there's 2 pieces of software for overclocking available.

the AMD one seems to display more information and be more advance while the asrock one appears to be more of a 'click here to overclock' thing.

anyone used either/both?

wondering what these chips overclock like via these progs
 
ta guys.

might give it a shot still but i know it can cause corruption so plan to do an acronis backup first.

i'm not hoping for much tbh, just to 3.5 or so, not 4 like some peeps 😱
