I'd normally put this in the Software forum, but since it's more applicable to overclocking and whatnot it belongs here.

AOD 3.01

Bullet points of note:
- Installs just fine on Windows 7 (64-bit running here nicely, no errors, etc.)
- Appears to happily read all stats on Phenom II's now properly (Temps, etc)
+ New Features:
-- AMD Black Edition Memory Profiles (basically like Nvidia's EPP memory)
-- AMD Smart Profiles (Lets you assign custom CPU affinities and such to specific .EXEs)
-- Custom Fan Control (if your motherboard supports it)
-- Windows 7 Officially Supported (YAY!)

Also, I noticed that Fusion is now available for 64-bit OS's. I have NOT tested this on Win7 (and also doubt it will work properly).

Have fun!

I've been using Fusion for like a month now no problems on Vista 64, so I don't know what's up with updating that? Overdrive is awesome, glad to see it's being updated regularly- will be using it when my 955 arrives.

It's slowly raising my HT ref clock until it gets to the point where it can raise the multiplier and drop the HT clock (repeat). Its raising my memory clock at the same pace.

Caused system to crash at aprox. cpu 3173mhz and mem 1360mhz.... I fail to see the point of the feature if it causes a crash.

Thats how it works. Fire it up again and it will likely have the last stable frequency already filled in. It's always best to do the overclocking yourself and not rely on autoclock though. E.g. adjust the frequency and voltages yourself then run the in built stability test etc.

Only reason I mentioned it is because last time I looked (~2 months ago?) it only supported 32-bit systems.

You need to manually tweak your memory, HT and IMC multi's first if you want to get anywhere with the 'Auto Clock'.

It kinda defeats the purpose but I think for the most part it's intentional. The folks most likely to 'Auto Clock' are least likely to have any knowledge of OC'ing (and don't bother to 'study up' before clicking).

Almost the same reason they pop that nag screen at yah ...
