AMD Opteron 148 at 100%?

recently bought this product and it has been recently running at 100% usage when trying to install games? than when i restart it starts memory dump i dont know what the hell is going on

More info, cooling, overclocked, etc?

Also, 100% use during installs is possible if your CD/DVD drive is fast enough, particularly with DVDs. The dump is odd.

I'm assuming you've overclocked too far. No one buys a socket 939 single core Opteron for any other reason...unless you'd like to be our first exception

havent oced it yet not until i get a new heatsink and i wasnt installing from cd i was installing from valve downloading caching the game files...it was odd and scary

edit:all my cooling is stock except my video i have flashed that to 16 pipes already

when i checked on it just now, it said there was a rundll32 runtime error, and when i open steam it leaves an extra window on the task bar, there is one that has the steam icon but i cant closeit out anyideas? task manager says there is only one steam window open
