AMD OEM Heatsink on Intel Celeron 1.3?

Am I crazy? Can this be done? I'm cheap and have extra heatsinks from Athlon 1700+s. Can they be used on a Celeron 1.3GHz? Both use the 3 prong design.

The only thing to consider is the height of the CPU. The P III/Celerons with the IHS are taller.
For example, Alpha made a special clip for CPUs with the IHS because of this. But on advice from someone who tried it, I still was able to install the 6035 on a celeron 1.3 using the regular clip. Thus, it should work, but it may be tighter. Use your judgement if you think you might break a lug.
