AMD newbie need help with new CPU and Orb

Ok I just bought a 1GhzTBird OEM and a ChromeOrb and well I have a problem :\. That is how do I attach this Orb to the CPU? I see there's a little yellow pad on the bottom but I remember people saying you need thermal greese between the CPU and Fan/HeatSink

Any help would be great

is there a sticker covering the pad on the bottom, if so remove that...

If you are planning on overclocking, i would highly suggest a new heatsink. You won't get very much overclock with the orb and a 1ghz cpu.

I don't plan on doing any over clocking I think I will be quite happy with 1Ghz(Iam going from a 450P3 here). And no there was nothing over the little sticky yellow thin pad (It might have falling off I geuss)
