AMD motherboards, only onboard video now?

I was browsing my local computer store.

All the the AMD motherboards I looked at had onboard video.
Are there any AMD motherboards without that?

I also noticed there were 2 CPUs with the same specs and the only difference was one was 65 watt and the other was 95 watt.
Why would anyone choose the 95 one?

Socket AM4 CPUs come in two versions, one with an iGPU, and the other without. Which AMD CPUs were you looking at?

AM4 motherboards do not have Onboard Video, but as whm1974 said some AM4 CPUs have IGP and some do not. They both work on the same motherboards, the ones with IGP use the Video Outputs on the motherboard.

I suspect they were the 2600 and 2600x.
The reason I ask yes because some stores may have still older AMD pre-Ryzen CPUs and boards in stock. There is also a AM4 CPU that is based on the older Bulldozer/Piledriver that AMD put out last year as a stopgap. This something the OP should be aware of.

I didn't even notice that.
They are 1600 and 1600x..

I really don't want the Radeon graphics.

The specs are different between the 2. 1600x has higher base clock and boost clock, but both overclock to about the same speed
