Question AMD Motherboard with DDR5?

No, I don't think so. I assume you are looking for a Threadripper build, but currently those platforms support DDR4 only. Remember not just the motherboard will need to support the memory, but the memory controller on the CPU as well. It looks like Zen 4 Epyc systems will support DDR5, as well as the AM5 Ryzen systems of course, but I don't know if that is something that could work for your use case.
