I'm currently running a Palomino 1700+ on a Soyo SY-K7V DRAGON Plus! (266a chipset). According to this, the board only supports Palominos and not Thoroughbreds.
However, looking over the newest BIOS updates, it states that the newest fix is "Enable support for AMD Low power CPU."
Is this Soyo's cryptic way of saying that Thoroughbreds can be run, since they run at 'lower' voltages (1.50v/1.60v/1.65v instead of 1.75v)?
I'm hoping to upgrade to a 2400+ T-Bred...any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
