Maybe it's for future XP processors so the actual clock won't show, but the XP Quantispeed thingamajiggy.

MS may have optimized a few parts of Windows(Probably just the GUI I imagine), so if that's the case, this is probably an update for the driver that has the optimizations for the Athlon.
