I gotta reccommend the DFI K6BV3+ planarboard (motherboard in non-IBM speak). It's a good Super 7 AT board and supports the CPU temp monitoring you want. Check DFI's website for more info on the board.

My FIC VA-503A seems to have temp monitering. But I'm not sure. In Sandra I get a CPU temp, but I'm not sure if it's right or not. Anyway it's a nice motherboard, you can check out their website at www.fica.com.

I don't know about the 503A, but the FIC 503+ does NOT give temperature readings, so it won't fit your needs. Personally, I prefer the EPOX MVP3G2 (or G5 if you want to pay a little extra for twice the L2 cache) since I have had VERY good results with it in all respects.
