AMD K6-II and the Elsa Gladiac GeForce2 GTS 32MB DDR

Ok Guys and Gals here is my dilema. I have an opportunity to buy a brand new Elsa Gladiac GeForce2 GTS 32MB DDR for 175.00. It is my brother in laws and he wants the new RADEON. My question will it work on my system

System Specs
AZZA PT-5VMD MOBO
AMD K6-II
96MB RAM
8.5GB HDD
Windows 98 SE
AGP Port supports 1x/2x

Any info would be greatly appreciated. It is half of what he paid for it and would be a far cry better than my Voodoo 3 2000.

Should work, just make sure you have the latest AGP drivers for that chipset.

GTS seems like a bit of an overkill for a K6-II, but the 175 $US price is a steal... go for it if you can afford it!
