If it’s so insignificant then why waste your time even commenting on this thread except at an eager attempt to bash a company?

Guess what he did last time there was a news about amd firing some employees. Yes, exactly the same thing he is going here.

AMD is firing people - bad.
AMD is hiring people - bad.
AMD keeps the same people - bad.

Everything and anything AMD is spun into BAD by some posters.

Come on guys (and gals), this is an open position. We see this all the time and really shouldn't read much into it. There are already people working to optimize drivers at AMD and this doesn't really mean anything. Not bad or good. :)

You completely missed the point in an eager defence of a company.

If this was anything special out of the ordinary. Then we could most likely see page up and page down every day with new articles about random job listings at random companies. Because thats what it is, just another job in the crowd. Not saying its not relevant at all because its certainly is. Else they wouldnt look for one. But if you think this deserves thread and article attention, then what about the rest?

Why is this job listing any more important than all the others at AMD?

https://www.linkedin.com/job/amd/jobs/

Are you saying they are less relevant because they didnt get article space and its own thread?

Or can we conclude its messed up to create an article about a random job listing as some kind of breaking news?

Just stop.
