If one don't change maximum mobile multi via L-bridges, the maximum multi adjustable via the software multi method (like originally described here and here) is 11 since the appropriate L-bridges are all closed by default on desktop-CPUs.
If one has an AMD-CPU with (manufacturer-set) hardware multi above 11 (e. g. Duron 1600 with multi 12 or Duron 1800 with multi 13,5) and one mods it into a 'mobile' cpu, what will happen?
Maximum multi decreases to 11? Or boot-up multi is still 13,5 but maximum adjustable multi via software is 11? Or anything else?
