AMD - Gibson guitar up for auction on ebay for charity

The worst thing with these processors is that they have very short lives in the eyes of the public. Nowadays, would you like to own a guitar with a fancy K5 - Pentium killer logo? And I remember, a few years back I seen some guy carrying a bag with the 486DX logo. All I can say, it was funny.

Ummm....they picture two totally different guitars there?? Strange...

Speaking of Gibson...They have a new electric guitar pickup that has an ethernet out. You can hook it straight up to your comp. It supports MIDI interface and can pull a digital signal for each string individually!!...Now that is bad to the bone.

That would be pretty cool actually. Collectible, might be worth money down the road. Vintage 286 Parker, lol. 😀

Yeah, I read a huge article on it. It's pretty cool for sure. However, I'm also sure that they'll keep the analog guitars around for the tube amp purists too.

It might be odd in a few years to see an AMD64 guitar, but what about 25 years from now? It'll be a collector 🙂
