AMD FX-53 and 3800+ ?

FX-53 has a 1mb cache while the 3800+ only has a 512 mb cache. I recommend the fx-53.

FX-53 is also unlocked. With the price for both being as high as it is, I would go for the FX-53 over the 3800+.

There are two versions of the FX-53, one is a socket-940 chip and the other a socket-939 chip. The 940 one requires ECC memory while the 939 one uses normal DDR memory.
