Manufacturer is Amptron, not sure about now but back in the 486 days they mad terrible motherboards, with "write back cache" meaning no L2 memory.

It might be a good idea to edit the thread title from 'P900' to AMD Duron 900, as that would change the value of the deal, significantly, based on the relative costs of the two chips.

Actually it would be an IMPOSSIBLE deal.... there never was a p3 900.
 

It's not hot deal.

Fry's always has those kind barebone systems under $200.

Fry's barebone doesn't include RAM, keyboard, mouse, speaker and CD-Rom.

But all above cost less than $50-60.
