Just like the title says. I'm going to buy an AMD Duron 800Mhz and I have a Gigabyte 6VXE7+ Motherboard and I don't know if they're compatible. I NEED HELP!!!

No, the 6VXE7+ is S370 motherboard. You're looking for a socketA/socket 462 motherboard.
