AMD Duron 1200 owns Intel Celeron 1300

It'll be no contest once the current T-bred core moves to the Duron line. What's the point of buying either nowadays anyway with full-throttled CPUs so cheap?

I notice in the review or comparison whatever, that it gets beat by the Celeron half the time.. some CPU's are just better at some certain things. while others suck.
I like the XP1500 laying a nice smack most of the time. 😀
 
I would upgrade celeron 1300 to XP 2000+ at least but not duron 1300 or xp1500 becase the difference isn't negliable.

They crush Durons (what doesn't though? :confused😉, but a low speed XP romps 'em clock for clock, dollar for dollar and aren't much more expensive.

Tell me have you ever used a Duron over 1ghz before probably not.. you say it sucks liek you would like a gf4 mx440 or better any mx line, but my article says celeron 1300 vs 1200duron not the other cpus out here.

I'll bet you my p4 1.6a processor against your Athlon 2000+ clocked at 1.8 ghz. My chip clocks to 2.56 ghz with air.

Get a good mobo and mem and oc front bus to 200mhz and lower multi... it will beat xp1500 easily..
