Mine still says 16.9.2 after installing 16.10.1 too. There have been multiple occasions in the past where they have neglected to update the version number in the control panel, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Ok...well, Guru3D is not owned or operated by AMD, they just reupload AMD's drivers of their own volition. AMD's website is where they directly distribute new drivers. If you can't get to AMD's website, then your only option may be just to email Guru3D and tell them they've got the wrong driver download.

I actually have the same problem. I installed the new 16.10.1 but it shows up as 16.9.2 in the AMD Radeon Settings. I downloaded directly from AMD website. :/

FYI looks like AMD screwed up the file. I got new DisplayPort monitors and of course I'm having windows repositioning bugs. I went to AMD site and redownloaded the 16.10.1 drivers, the new file has slightly different size, installed it, it now shows 16.10.1 in the AMD Radeon Settings. So AMD definitely put old drivers under new name there. Somebody goofed up...

AFAIK the windows repositioning is a windows issue because it thinks you disconnected the monitor when they turn off so it repositions to "help" you.
