AMD Drag and Drop Transcoding for Win7

Installed the latest Catalyst (9.12) and noticed a new item. I know it is a feature showcased by both AMD/NV before the launch of Windows 7. Does anyone know which devices are supported? (and does it work?)

 
AFAIK, it provides you of GPU video transcoding when dragging videos using Windows Explorer to an MTP compatible device like the Creative Zen M.
