AMD core/io voltage spec list: Quick question... quick answer

Where can I find info on what the recomended/official core and i/o voltage settings should be for AMD's Thunderbirds? I know I'm a moron, but I can't find this myself. A simple list of clock speeds and voltages would be the best.

My 800Mhz Thunderbird is currently at 1.78 core, and 3.38 i/o, on my EPoX 8KTA2.
My CPU temperature is 35C and case is 25C.

Is this about right?

your vcore might be .05 too high, but the vIO is right. (3.3)

actually, I think that is all correct, 1.75 vcore, 3.3 IO
