AMD cool'n quiet question..

I'm getting A64 3200+ system, now I was looking at a couple of boards, some of them had this cool'n quiet thing, other didn't, I read a little about it, but I couldn't figure out if I really need it... I mean, how much better off I am with a mobo that has it over a mobo which doesn't... thanx.

Do you ever let your rig run while not under load? If so, it would help so get it. However, i almost never let mine run when im not using it so it would do me no good.
