Hey Karl, I noticed this driver is quite susceptible to hw accel bug. I went thru the steps to disable hw accel again, forgot I just updated waterfox.

With this driver, I get screen tearing in all my games and videos. And once in a while out of nowhere the 3 monitors start to flicker and I need to restart PC or disable/re-enable eyefinity display group to remove that flickering. Hw accell is disabled in all my application.

Reverted to 15.6 and games are smooth as butter and no tearing in video. Also no flicker.

Psst, you can refresh the ports just by changing desktop refresh rate instead of disabling/enabling eyefinity.

Yo, was just about to type this out on steam when it went down lol.

Anyways, I tested 15.9.1 w/ and w/o AB. Everytime the screen went garbled flicker-ish, something was using hw accel. I then added that app to rtss profile then reset the ports and all is fine.

Then I tested said app with hw accel on and AB off. Guess what? With AB off and hw accel on, there was no garbled flicker. With AB on and hw accel on, it flickered within a few minutes. In retrospect, it's annoying just how many roque apps call for hw accel.

I'm still on 15.9.1 btw. Can't wait for the AB update now.
