17% is nothing major when the 980 is doubling the R290X performance. Not much AMD can do when the fail devs don't care about AMD GPUs during their years of development, after receiving feedback from backers of the bad AMD performance all that time they did nothing but game AMD 20 steam keys on release to troubleshoot.

Also, where's the NV drivers to fix Kepler? A gtx960 is pwning 780/Titan as soon as light rain is on, its worse when its heavy rain.

If I was a backer of ProjectCars I would be PISSED that they sold out to NV. A game that is paid for by backers should in no way lean to either side of the GPU space.

Witcher 3 plays the same for me with the new driver, which the graph above agrees with.

Did this also solve the problem with the hair and fur looking different than Nvidia? And Have they fixed the crashes yet with some Nvidia cards in witcher?

I have not seen anything that points to the hair looking different. But I am quite sure AMD's driver does not fix nVidia crashes 😉

Looking different? Wtf are you talking about? This driver doesn't do much (other than enabling broken Crossfire), but the hair looks no different if the settings are equal.
