Here you can download the un-official AMD Catalyst 13.11 WHQL driver.
This particular software suite updates the AMD Catalyst Display Driver and the AMD Catalyst Control Center / AMD Vision Engine Control Center. This unified driver has been updated, and is designed to provide enhanced performance and reliability. This is an un-official AMD Catalyst 13.11 WHQL driver because AMD has not yet released it on their website. However one of the board partners started distributing this driver.
The latest version of the AMD Catalyst Software Suite, AMD Catalyst 13.11 is designed to support the following Microsoft Windows platforms:

  • Windows 8.1 (32 & 64-bit version)
  • Windows 8 (32 & 64-bit version)
  • Windows 7 (32 & 64-bit version with SP1 or higher)
