I am building a new system with a KT7A RAID and 1 Ghz Tbird. I called Abit and they said KT7A RAID was AMD approved. I went to AMD web site and saw the ABIT was removed from Approved mobo list. When I called AMD to confirm they said ABIT was removed but didn't give a reason why.
Should I be worried or should I get a new Mobo? I heard great things about the KT7A RAID and the 1 GHZ TBird combo! Boy am I in a tizzy!:Q:frown::disgust::confused:

I've spent a long weekend with mine (same as what you're mentioning), and at this point, I hate the thing. Lots of problems, many of them well documented.

In anutshell, if you want it for overclocking, it's great. If you want it for built in RAID, forget it. Get an add in controller card instead and save the hassle.

Of course, I still can't get mine to work right, so I'm in a foul mood about it right now.
