I have an ATI AIW X1900.

Does this card have a power saving feature similar to the Cool n' Quiet or the EIST that AMD and Intel have, respectively? I know the mobile versions of this series do, but have they transfered that over to the desktop line?

I know that the X1900 lowers it clocks in 2D to save power, But don't know if it shut down gates or pipelines inside, I really doubt it.
