1.53GHz. I have this CPU in my server. Does very well. Crunches F@H in it's "spare time." :)

Don't have it yet, being shipped to me, was just wondering cause I wanted to read up some reviews and such.

Could be one of three. A Palomino or a Tbred A/B. We need the stepping code to determine which one it is.

More likely to be a Tbred, id imagine most Palomino's are exhausted in supply.

Its definatyl not a palimino if you bought it from a respectable store. It woulc be a A or a B. All of them were B's for awhile which OC VERY well. But then AMD started puting out A's again which don't OC as well but still decent.

If it heats your house, it's a Palomino. If not, you got a tbred.

T-Bred B or Palomino.

the core on the T-Bred B is rectangle, and the core on the Pally is square, and larger.

My palomino 1700+ was 1.47Ghz, was my primary computer until a week ago :D.

Just thought I'd add. :p

6 months ago lots of stores still had some pallies in stock, but it's likely a tbred, so you should be able to get some more clock out of that thing :)
