Budget FM2 unlocked quad core. An APU without the GPU. Could be good for those who have a decent video card already. Likely similar to Phenom II performance.

AMD APU's are my new favorite chips for cheap overclocking fun. Don't get as much work per watt as an Intel, but those chips sip power on idle & have the strongest integrated graphics (playing most games at CRT resolutions, or higher).

EDIT: If you have a MIcrocenter nearby $80 + tax gets you one of these:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz Boxed Processor
AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.7GHz Six Core Socket AM3 Boxed Processor

Thte Athlon X4 750k is the same speed as the AMD 965BE. Half the tests it wins, half the Phenom wins and in all situations the difference is less than 10%

(Note the A10-5800k is the same chip as the Athlon 750k sans gpu and the base clock running at 400 mhz less, due to being a black edition though you can make the 750k run at the same speed within 1 minute of bios tweaks)

The 750k though will use less power than the 965 black edition.

As someone who upgraded from a 965BE to a core i5 last year, I have to say the 965BE is pretty good (I wasn't really wowed by the improvement my overclocked i5 gave me). This is pretty awesome bang-for-buck, especially when pared with a good video card and SSD.
