AMD Athlon dual core tweak?

I built a pc for my brother out of some of my old AMD stuff and remembered there was a file from AMD that either boosted or helped make both cores run better in XP a few years ago. The system I've built for him is with a FX60 on XP Pro.
Anyone by chance remember what that was called? and where I might find it?

Probably the AMD 64 drivers, check for Drivers in AMD's main site

IIRC you either want to run the AMD dual core optimizer OR the Windows patch. You may have problems if you install both ...
