AMD Athlon 64 X2 ???

I have a 3200+ in a box that has a Asus A8N-E socket 939 motherboard.

Just bought a 3800 AMD 64 X2 below.

ADO3800IAA5CU
NDB5F O646AAI
X129522K6083

It is supposed to be a socket 939 processor but the pins are different and it will not drop in the motherboard.

Can someone please tell me what socket processor this is ???
