Try the Abit AN-M2HD. It might be a tad over 100 but it seems to be a good board.

I'm considering the Biostar TF7050-M2. Only the dearth of Customer Reviews has me concerned. But... you haven't said a word about your intended usage, so it's a waste of bandwidth replying.

I want to buy this cpu but I think since I'm building a slim HTPC, I should get the BE-2350 instead.
I was going to go for the Biostar TF7050-M2 but the lack of firewire turned me off since I would need that at some point.
