AMD Athlon 64 dual cores?

Will the new dual core cpu's work on the Nforce4 Boards that are out right now? Will you just need a Bios update or a whole new motherboard?

I really wonder how much better they will be. I mean A pc with a AMD Athlon 64 3500+ can run any game at high settings!
