AMD Athlon 64 3700 & 4000 Toledo Core

saw the 3700 and 4000 Toledo Cores, but listed as Athlon 64 instead of Athlon X2, but 1x1mb L2 Cache. So my guess is an X2 with one core disabled or something like that?

google search didn't help me answer my question.

anyone know more info on this?
