AMD 950 Slot A - Best Board?

Looking to get the best overall motherboard to go with this cpu and 256megs of PC133 7.5ns SDRAM

Depends on what type of Athlon you have. If you have a classic Athlon then go for the Asus K7M which is based on the VIA KX133 chipset.
If you have a thunderbird 950 then you need an AMD 750 based board such as the MSI K7PRO.
The VIA boards are slightly faster since they can run the memory at 133mhz but they are not able to run the thunderbird processors.

If you have a T-bird (serial number on the case will start with A...) get an AMD-750 chipset mobo, Asus A7M or MSI K7PRO

If it's a classic Athlon (serial number will start with K7...) get an Asus K7V or Abit KA7
