AMD 900 Thunderbird- how would i overclock while at the same time maximizing the fsb?

Why does it seem like your title and your subject don't go along with each other.
Anyway in order to overclock while maximizing the fsb would be to lower the multiplier. You could have a gigahertz in the form of 10*100 or 7.5*133. Just lower your multiplier and raise your fsb to do what you want. Keep in mind though raising the fsb can lead to greater system instability as all of your components are overclocked, not just your CPU.
