Amd 770 chipset & Phenom II X4 995 for OC

Hi,

I have found some boards in the (£60) range and both use the 770 chipset. How far will the 770 chipset allow me to overclock and over volt the Phenom II X4 955?

will i be able to overclock to 4.2ghz?
