AMD-761 based motherboard and Win2k

I'm looking to build an Athlon system with the MSI K7 Master mobo (AMD-761/VIA 686B southbridge), but after having seen this documenthere, I was wondering if there is incompatibilities between the K7 Master and Win2k (which I want).

So, any of you have got this mobo and Win2k and are having issues, or everything runs perfectly?

You might want to get Epox instead.
K7 Master is a very good board but it has a high rate of
defective board. If you can stay away from this MSI board.

Currently I'm using MSI board but different model
and it's very good. I'm surprise that they make such
a loust quality on K7 master.

The problem is that I live in Canada and it's really hard to get something other than the K7 Master and the Gigabyte 760 based mobo (don't remember the name...)

Would I be better of with this one?
