1. Is it true that the AMD 761/760 chipset will not support more than two Unbuffered DIMMs - regarless of their speed or size ?

2. Want to build an AMD DDR PC in the next few weeks (not OC'd). What's the best DDR mobo that I can get?
 
Actually that depends on the board. They where having problems with more then 2 DIMMS, Some MB makers fixed it like the MSI has 4, the Asus has 2.
 
Dulanic~ I have a write-up of MSI's MS-6341 (found on www.motherboards.org) that says that the 4 DIMM slots can be populated with 2 Unbuffered DDR or 4 Registered DDR DIMMs.:frown:

The cost of unbuffered PC2100 DIMMs are high enough, registered PC2100 DIMMs are outrageous!
