Well, AMD's price gone up by a lot since... hmmm....3000+... sometimes, it was even higher than P-4's.

Pricewatch has a lot good deals on 2800+ 333 FSB for 160 bucks... since i am only a college student......... only use comp for HW, internet, and some gamings, i shouldnt waste money on AMD 64 huh? cause i m thinking of upgrade....
i am currently usin a 1800+
2800+ and 1800+ will not have much of a difference when processing common applications?

1800+ should be good for another year or?

anyways... goin to mah class, brb in a few hours...
 
You do realize that you could have just edited this into your other post which has the exact same title. How much do you have to spend? You can overclock the 1800+ and wait till there are more amd 64s on the market and the prices have come down.
