I think I am satisfied with my wishlist for now.

Power supply: TT Silent PurePower 480W - $73.99
Motherboard: DFI Lanparty ut nf4 ultra-d - $144
Processor: 3000+ 939 with winchester core retail - $155
Video card: BFG 6800gt pci-e - $435

Total: $860.98

I'll be keeping my hard drives and memory sticks.

Suggestions will be appreciated by the way.

I would suggest you to get a x800xl instead, $65 cheaper and better performance!

Your PSU is probably not the best choice. Having only 18A on the +12 rail might give you problem on a NF4 mobo. Try to get some quality brand (b/c TT is not really that good in making PSU) with at least 24-26A on the +12 rail
