AMD 64 (retail) fan question...

Does anyone here have the retail box AMD 64 3200? If so, do you feels it loud or quiet?

I know some reviews say its quiet, but they also say the P4 3.2 is quiet, I personaly disagree, so thats why I'm, asking. I am not interested in going to a third party cpu fan right now, unless no other choice.
 
How about anyone running the AMD 64, what fan are you using, we have only built using a fanner tech fan, I like there fans, but the retail looks easier to work with... (I hope they are quiet as well).
 
I am using retail fan, it is OK. I didn't try any overclocking yet, as a matter of fact I am still without a hard drive so before that arrives no benchmarking.
It is quiet, very tight, and the temperatures I am getting are about 36-38C at stock speed.
